Our school uses the district and state required procedures found at the SRP "I Love You Guys" Foundation Website for all protocols related to emergency situations. We use these protocols to conduct monthly drills for preparing for emergency situations, including fire drills, lockdown drills, secure drills, shelter drills, hold drills, and evacuation drills. We also follow the plans for reunification procedures as outlined in the same handbooks. In some emergency situations students may be transported from school and sent to an evacuation site off campus. If that happens, parents need to know how to safely and calmly reunite with their children closely following directions established by the District, local police and firefighters.
