Volunteer Process

Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, Jordan School District will transition to a new online volunteer application process through Frontline. This new process replaces the current paper application and will streamline volunteer approvals for both schools and Human Resources. 

All volunteers must complete a new volunteer application each school year, even if they volunteered previously. This ensures volunteer information, school preferences, and district acknowledgments remain current.

How to apply as a Volunteer

1-Select Job ID.
2- Click next page.
3- Complete volunteer application questions.
4- Select all schools you are interested in volunteering with.
5- Enter your student's teachers names if applicable.
6- If attending a field, enter date.
7- Complete background questions.
8- Sign application.
9-Click next page.
10- Click submit application.
